PETGAG is a co extruded multilayer film suitable for die cut, creased and folded packaging applications. The cover layers of GPET make this material particularly suitable where surface graphics such as printing, foil blocking and labeling are required. PETGAG can be bonded using adhesives. PETGAG is environmentally friendly and is fully recyclable. Available in a range of standard thicknesses from 190 to 500 micron.
APET film is a cost effective material for use in die cut, creased and folded packaging applications. APET normally contains an element of recycled material . If your application requires to be bonded or printed with surface graphics we normally recommend our PETGAG material. APET is fully recyclable and is available in a range of standard thicknesses from 190 to 500 microns.
PVC film is a cost effective material for use in die cut, creased and folded packaging applications. The material is suitable for printing, foil blocking and labeling and can be bonded using solvents and adhesives. PVC can be supplied in clear, neutral, tinted or coloured finish and is fully recyclable. PVC is available in 190 to 500 micron.
Polypropylene films are available in a range of surface finishes including, gloss, matt and embossed. PP has a softer feel than PVC and PET and can be supplied in a natural opaque finish or in a variety of different colours. Polypropylene can be printed and bonded and is fully recyclable. Available in a range of thicknesses from 200 to 800 microns.
The film materials we use conform to the EU directive for plastics 2002/72 EU. Our suppliers are BRC/IOP Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials certified for the development, production and distribution of co extruded films and thermoforming articles for use in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and medical device industries.
PETG co polyester is extensively used across our extruded packaging products range as well as for our co extruded burette chambers. PETG can be printed, foil blocked and labeled and can be bonded using adhesives. Our extruded PETG has been tested to and conforms with the Plastic materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations 2006. PETG is fully recyclable.
Cellulose Acetate is a naturally based material manufactured from wood pulp or cotton fibres. This versatile material has good impact strength and is available in crystal clear, satin, translucent or coloured finishes. CA can also be supplied fragranced to our customers requirements to provide a unique point of sale effect. Our CA extruded packaging can be printed,foil blocked and labeled and can be bonded using solvents. Our extruded CA has been tested to and conforms with the Plastic materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations 2006. CA is fully recyclable.
PVC
PVC is a cost effective material used in our general extruded packaging applications and also in our range of co extruded burette chambers and medical packaging. PVC is available in clear, tinted, coloured and in a special frosted effect which can be colour matched to your specific requirements. PVC can be printed, foil blocked and labeled and can be bonded using adhesives. Our extruded PVC has been tested to and conforms with the Plastic materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations 2006. PVC is fully recyclable.
PP
Polypropylene extruded products are often specified for food contact applications. Available in a natural opaque finish. Our extruded PP has been tested to and conforms with the Plastic materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations 2006. PP is fully recyclable.
